No refunds for change of mind
You may not return our products for a change of mind.
Limited rights to refunds

If you are not the purchaser of a good or service, you cannot request a refund from us;
If you purchased our products through a third party, then you cannot request a refund from us for such product;
If you purchased a demonstration, second hand, used, defective product (such as through a scratch and dent sale), or a runout or limited edition good or service from us, then you cannot request a refund from us.
We will consider requests for refunds only in relation to the following matters affecting our goods or services (please note that the following does not describe circumstances where an exchange is also possible):
The description of a good or service was inaccurate or incomplete in some material respect (please note further options under clause 4.1 below);
We deliver the wrong goods to you (please note further options under clause 4.1 below);

We are otherwise required by law to provide a refund.
Exchanges (no cost to you)
You may request an exchange of a good or service from us within 30 days of the purchase date in the following circumstances without additional cost:
We delivered the wrong goods or services (please note that you may request a refund or a replacement at no further cost to you);
The description of the good or service was inaccurate or incomplete in some material respect.
