What happens if something arrives faulty or stops working?
Email us and we'll replace it. Pumps are the usual culprit and we send a new one out – no argument, no returning the old one first.
What is it made of / what is ABS / HDPE?
The body is plastic, and that's a deliberate choice. It sits beside water: ceramic and glass break when they're knocked into a sink, and steel trays rust from underneath where you can't see it. The parts that need to be tough aren't plastic — the dish brush uses rust-proof brass fittings and BPA-free bristles, and the drying racks are rust-resistant aluminium. If the finish isn't what you expected when it arrives, tell us rather than living with it.
Can I use it in a bathroom, ensuite or shower?
Yes. Owners use it for body wash and face wash in the shower, and in ensuites, laundries and kids' bathrooms. One customer put the case better than we could: "it's compact, and it isn't glass or ceramic, so there's nothing to break in a wet space where you're barefoot."
The sponge arrived flat and hard — is it faulty?
No. It's compressed for shipping. Run it under the tap and it expands to full size in afew seconds.
Will it work in a caravan, motorhome or boat?
Yes, and it's one of the most common things owners tell us. More than forty reviewers mention a caravan, camper van, motorhome or boat, and nearly every one of them rates it five stars. The mini set is the usual pick for a van: slim, light, and low enough that it doesn't crowd a small bench. Several people liked it enough in the van that they bought a second one for the house.
Do I have to buy your refills?
No. Fill the bottles with whatever soap and detergent you already buy — any brand, any supermarket. Nothing is locked to a cartridge or a pod. We sell replacement sponges, cloths and brush heads for when they wear out, but they're a convenience, not a requirement.

Never thought I'd love a dish brush, but I do! When I first opened it my heart sank a little as it is super lightweight, I wondered how durable it was going to be... but turns out it is perfect and I enjoy using it (can you believe).
I use it in my ensuite for body wash and face wash . Perfect for the shower as it is compact and not glass or ceramic( for safety reasons)

I bought this set for our Caravan. I like the colour and the fact that it sits together nicely without taking up much space. I like that it was the perfect set for what I needed being Dish liquid and Handwash. It doesn't feel like much as it is plastic and very lightweight. I'm not sure it is value for money, but it was perfect for what I needed.

I love the design. It is simple and sleek. Quality feels good, just a simple plastic base too, not coated aluminium that wears or gloss plastic that scratches. Well thought out. The size is great too, especially using concentrate, just one pump. The base keeps them together and sitting pretty always.
This looks so much better in the kitchen and keeps everything ordered. I no longer have to hide the ugly had soap and dishwashing liquid under the sink. Also no more smelly sad sponge sitting in the bottom of the sink.
Love the Colour and the compact size . Will be used in our new Caravan coming in 2026

They say "you get what you pay for", the quality needs to step up the plastic finish buuuttttt it is handy and easy to clean, sleek looking and I love it in my kitchen. The detergent bottle is my favourite item (if I had to choose one) as it’s a game changer from a style and function stand point. I just love it 😊

Just a little tip, if you flip the detergent bottle around the other way, it should be a smooth action when lifting it out of the holder, and the embossed word ‘detergent’ will line up with the ‘soap’. I ordered my organiser on November,1 but as you can see from the photo, it has not arrived and apparently will not arrive before Christmas. I have received the bad news updates but I’m very disappointed as they do look fantastic
